Our appraisers are USPAP Certified, (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), and have over 35 years experience as collectors and dealers in estate antiques and decorative furnishings. The IRS announces in 2006 that it was going to adopt the USPAP rules in general appraisal practice, and are generally accepted for estate and tax purposes. Areas of specialty are Antique Dolls, tools, American Bottles and Glass, textiles, American and European Furniture, primitives and early lighting.
